RATES

Full registration fees include:

• Participation and admission to the conference
• Congress kit, all congress documents and badge
• Digital proceedings
• Cocktail on June 21, 2011
• Breaks and lunches from Monday to Wednesday

*Student fees:
A copy of the student card should be sent before June 15, 2011, failing which the registration will be cancelled.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Submission & payment

Registration are accepted and confirmed only with the completed registration form accompanied with full payment.
The registration form and the respective payment in Euros must be sent together according to your specific request.

All payments should be made in EUROS (payments in any other currency will not be accepted) by the following procedures ONLY:

By credit card: Visa and Master/Eurocard filling out the registration form.
No other credit card will be accepted.

Caution
Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant.
All names and information must be clearly stated, otherwise the Organizing Staff will be unable to trace and acknowledge payment.

Registration confirmation
You will receive a confirmation as soon as the Organizing Staff has received your payment. Please allow approximately 3 days after receipt of your completed registration form and required payment to receive confirmation with details of your registration.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be notified by writing only, and must be sent to Dakini Conseil.

Cancellations fees

• Until May 19: A refund less than an administrative charge of 18 € will only be available by providing notification of cancellation in writing to the Agency
• From May 20: No refunds will be given.
